We are excited you are investing in the next generation with the Leadership Experience for Youth. The Game is a fun, interactive, and edifying way to assess communication, address difficult topics, and identify strengths and weaknesses.
Gifted By Designs one on one leadership coaching for youth focuses on helping young people develop their leadership skills through personalized one-on-one coaching sessions. The coaching process involves working with a Gifted By Design which specializes in leadership development to identify the individual’s strengths, areas for improvement, and goals, and then developing a customized plan to help the individual achieve those goals.
The coaching sessions may cover a variety of topics, including communication skills, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, goal setting, and self care. We may also use various assessment tools to help the individual understand their leadership style, strengths, and weaknesses.
The benefits of youth one on one leadership coaching include increased self-awareness, improved communication and interpersonal skills, greater confidence, and enhanced decision-making abilities. It can also help young people develop a sense of purpose and direction.
iLead is a values-based leadership curriculum consisting of three volumes, iChoose, iDo and iLead, each inspired by the leadership philosophies of author, speaker, coach and leader, Dr. John C. Maxwell.Every volume contains 32 lesson parts divided into 4 units designed, in collaboration with educational leaders, to be facilitated by students during weekly in-person or virtual small groups called Transformation Tables. The Transformation Tables method of facilitation enables students to practice their emerging leadership skills while encouraging connection and inclusivity through a peer-to-peer environment. Students develop better relationships with their peers, find their voice and take action to lead themselves in alignment with good values.
