Lettie Johnson is  CEO/Founder of Gifted By Design Leadership and Consulting, LLC (GBD), based in Louisville, KY. With over 20 years of experience in transforming organizations and individuals across different sectors, she is a highly experienced and accomplished John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. Lettie offers a wholistic values-based approach to personal and professional development by connecting, consulting, and coaching people and organizations to maximize their potential. Gifted By Design also offers workshops, team building, seminars, and keynote speaking as part of our full suite of services.

Lettie is also a licensed diversity, equity, and inclusion facilitator, using her skills in justice, leadership development, strategic planning, and communication methods to assist individuals and organizations in maximizing their capacity and reaching their full potential. She serves on Boards both locally and nationally and is a graduate of Leadership Louisville’s Bingham Program. This led to the founding of three organizations;  The 3003 Collaborative 501C3, The 3003 Campaign 501C4, and The 3003PAC. These organizations are designed to improve the lives of Black Kentuckians by advancing leaders, policies, and systems that end structural racism. Lettie has been acknowledged by Louisville Business First as an Enterprising Woman, demonstrating her excellence and leadership in her field. 

Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals. This also applies to today’s youth. I have tailored programs just for the next generation. My life mission is to create an environment for leaders to connect and grow.
